Cancellation Policy
At Flower Cottage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your flowers for a new arrangement of equal value. Please note that there may be additional fees for delivery and handling.
